Kavita
Kavita is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Networking Engineer), with a diploma in software from Aptech and graduation in commerce. She has 19 years of experience in the field of training, specialising in training on self development and personal mastery. She has worked with the National School of Banking, Randstad, TeamResults and Dale Carnegie Trainings.
Kavita has trained across all sectors, including startups, government bodies and SMEs. She has had participants from blue collared employees upto the CXO and MD level. She executes her trainings after in-depth training needs analysis followed by customised content creation. She keeps all her trainings practical and practice-based. This helps participants grasp the concepts and techniques thoroughly and easily implement learnings post training. Thus, the participants and organisations achieve significant return on their time and investment (ROTI).

Suresh
Suresh has had a 20 years+ experience with Hindustan Unilever Ltd in senior sales leadership roles. He is now a visiting Faculty in Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and IIM Kozhikode. A seasoned leader in operations as well as sales and distribution roles, he has developed and conducted numerous workshops for sales teams of companies like ITC, Airtel, Pidilite, HUL, United Spirits, Vodafone etc. Suresh operates out of Kolkata and Bangalore
Deepak
Deepak is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta (1994 batch) and has spent 20 years in sales leadership roles in consumer products/services companies like Asian Paints, Idea Cellular, Motorola India, Colgate Palmolive & Havells . He was a certified Global trainer with Colgate Palmolive. He has conducted more than 150 workshops involving more than 3000 professionals in the areas of sales, distribution, channel effectiveness, Go To Market, Shopper marketing, Key Account Management along with leadership skills. He is based out of Mumbai.
Patanjali
Patanjali comes with over three decades of work experience including 22 years in the Army and over a decade in Human Process Facilitation. With his formal certifications in OD, Coaching, NLP, Psychometric Instrument Administration & Interpretation, Cultural Transformation and Visual Thinking, he excels in design and delivery of blended systemic interventions, making him one of the most sought after facilitators for senior leadership and simulation based learning interventions/programs. Having worked with cross-section of industries and engaging with over 10,000 participants from over 100 client organisations, he has designed and delivered over 200 high-impact Leadership, Cultural Transformation, Competency Development, Management Development and Team Integration/Alignment interventions till date.
Sayan
Sayan completed his PGDM from IIM Calcutta in the year 2000. He held various leadership positions in companies like Asian paints, PepsiCo and PCL. He founded a creative agency and ran very successful below the line campaigns. At transphorm he brings in huge expertise in the areas of Sales ,Marketing and retail execution . He has interest in multiple areas including photography, writing, literature, cinema, travel, design among others. In recent times he is obsessed with the idea of unlocking creative potential in people and has been investing himself into it.
Sukesh
Sukesh has spent over 25 years in leadership roles across B2C and B2B assignments driving revenue and human capital growth. An aluminus of IMT Ghaziabad, Sukesh has worked with companies Like Samsung, Airtel, Motorola JV, Eicher (most from their startup days till they became market leaders) driving P&L responsibilities and managing large businesses with cross functional teams. His last role was as the Enterprise Head , South West Asia for Samsung Electronics. He is based out of Gurgaon.
Paritosh
Paritosh is an Alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Panjab University Chandigarh, with 20 plus years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Channel Strategy and Human Resources. He has worked with Asian Paints, ICI Paints- AkzoNobel and Samsung. His last role was as Global Head of Human resources for Vuclip. Paritosh has facilitated over 50 programs across levels and secotrs. Through interventions and workshops he has enabled acceleration of business results by helping partipcipants develop critical skills related to Collaboration, Execution Excellece and Ownership. He has also facilitated senior leadership workshops and visioning exercises. He is a certified DISC practitioner. He is based out of Pune.

Mumul is an experienced Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. Skilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Training Design and Delivery Management, Leadership, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with strong capabilities in designing and creating world class training modules. Strong consulting professional graduated from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
